In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereunder: GDPR), please be informed that:

3. Your personal data will be processed only for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller; these interests comprise holding the event which this registration is for and the purposes of informing about and promoting the InterMarE South Baltic Maritime Economy Exhibition event in 2020 and in subsequent years.

4. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

5. Your personal data may be made available to entities and bodies authorised to process such data based on law, to IT service providers, to entities which provide consulting services, bookkeeping services, to postal or courier businesses and to subcontractors commissioned by the Data Controller.

6. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third countries or international organisations; however, due to the public disclosure of personal data, it cannot be ruled out that entities with their registered office or domicile outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area, as to which the European Commission has not decided on an appropriate level of personal data protection, may find out about your personal data.

7. Your personal data will be stored by the Data Controller for a period necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the Data Controller as specified in Clause 3 above or until this consent is withdrawn by you, and throughout the time in which the universally applicable laws mandate that the Data Controller stores the data.

8. You have the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing of your personal data, or to object to such processing, as well as the right to data portability; these rights may be limited only pursuant to universally applicable laws and only in the scope specified therein. In order to exercise the rights listed above, please contact the Data Controller.

9. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection (President of the UODO Personal Data Protection Authority) if you believe that the processing of these data is in breach of data protection regulations.

11. Providing your personal data is voluntary but their provision is necessary to meet the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, as indicated in Clause 3 above.
